Adama Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

All orders are handmade in small batches with love and care.

 

 

NOTE: Order processing times are separate from the shipping times. From time to time potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. You will be notified by email when this happen.

We endeavour to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

1.⁠ ⁠For orders below 100$, standard shipping costs 5$.

 2. For orders below 250$, expedited shipping costs 8$.

3. For orders of 100$ or more, free standard shipping automatically applies.

4. For orders of 250$ or more, free expedited shipping automatically applies.

 

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping 

confirmation email, please contact us at adamamadebynature@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do ship to P.O boxes. Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If our carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate with the carrier directly.

International Shipping - Customs & Duties

Please note: If your order is being shipped outside the US, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Damaged products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at adjust this email to support@kerenbartov.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
